WHOLESALE DETAILS

• There is a 100 unit order minimum for all wholesale orders.
• Items can be mixed to meet the 100 unit minimum as long as the item MOQ is met (ex. 50 lip balm, 30 candles, 20 oatmeal soap).
• Orders must be placed via email, phone or in person. Fillable order form can be emailed upon request. Wholesale is not available on the retail website. 
• Order invoice must be paid in full before the order can be processed. Partial payments are accepted.
• All major credit cards accepted. We also accept PayPal, Cash App, & Venmo (which incur a 3% processing fee). Money Orders, Certified Funds & Cash are accepted in person only.
• Orders take a minimum of 14 days to be processed before shipping. Processing time is determined by item availability. Custom addition orders take a minimum of 30 days to be processed.
• We do not create, provide or affix labels to products. Product labeling is the sole responsibility of the customer. Ingredients and size are listed in catalog.
• Products have a 12 month shelf life from processing date with the exception of candles and soap.
